The unit itself was great and in a great location - easy and quick to walk to both the Old & New Towns, and simple to get from the airport/to the train station. The things that let it down were broken appliances (the microwave is old & didn't heat at all, the kettle leaks from the base) & the lack of basic cooking utensils, as well as the poor communication by the host. At 10pm the night before our arrival, we still hadn't received any check-in details, so we had to reach out. This then turned into them trying to communicate on a different messaging platform, which we found unnecessary & slightly uncomfortable, plus a registration form that we got asked to do twice though it had already been filled out (the questions we had re the form took a number of hours to be answered too). On arrival, we enquired about a crib - the host said one could be arranged as soon as possible and then we never heard back for the rest of the stay, incl when we asked where to dispose of the rubbish.

A cozy bright apartment with ample space, at a walking distance from city’s main attractions and the weekend market. Recommend it for the pricing! Could have worked better if the host was available quicker on the chat and provided check in at the promised time. Otherwise all good. Highly recommend
