May 2025Butas mažas, jaukus, gražiai įrengtas. Atvykimo instrukcijos aiškios, surasti ir patekti į vidų nesudėtinga. Patogi vieta, yra mažas parkingas ir mok. aikštelė. Atvykus laiptinėje jautėsi rūkalų kvapas (yra padarytas išėjimas į terasą, ten daug rūkančių, miegamojo langai į tą pusę, tad langą atsidaryti kiek problematiška dėl kvapų). Visgi kiek pritrūko pačio buto tvarkos ir priežiūros. Dušas pusiau neveikė, buvo užkalkėjęs, nėjo įjungti didžiosios dušo galvos. Per mūsų viešnagės laikotarpį 3-4 kartus buvo užsikirtęs wc bakelis, nėjo sustabdyti bėgančio vandens (po 1-2val pavyko, bet tai labai erzino). Po antro tokio įvykio susisiekėme su savininku, atsakė greitai, atvažiavo į butą, parodėme dušą ir wc. Apžiūrėjęs informavo, kad pats sutvarkyti negali, tad susisieks su santechniku, bet per 4 dienas taip niekas ir neatvyko. Bendrai viešnagė praėjo gerai, bet norėtųsi, kad atvykus į butą ilsėtis, koridoriaus spintoje nebūtų paliekami šlapi grindų skudurai, wc ir dušas veiktų tinkamai.

March 2025Exactly as described. Very modern & comfortable. In a good location. Extra pillows, towels & tea towel would have been a bonus! Also check the smoke alarms are working as both were constantly beeping low battery! Overall a good stay at a good price.

February 2025A great place to stay especially if visiting Nords. A few steps to consider once out of the lift but they are low and not steep so manageable. I really enjoyed my stay there.
